Challenge: HSBC’s PayMe app (3M+ users) required repetitive verification steps for returning customers: slowing sign-ups, creating friction, and losing potential accounts.
Our solution: We used @PrivadoID, the tech stack behind Billions, reusable KYC credentials capabilities to enable: - One-time verification reused across HSBC platforms - Offchain checks via Verifier SDK to reduce steps - Selective disclosure to share only essential info
