It’s not about building a community, it’s about keeping it.
When it comes to communication, some projects need to take lessons from the Defi App team.
Those in @defidotapp’s DC and TG channels already know very well about the team’s strong bond with the community.
But let me explain this with an example from myself:
As most of you know, I couldn’t claim my Defi App airdrop because I was suspended. In the excitement of that day, I misunderstood @doranmaul’s first reply to me and made harsh criticisms toward him both on X and in DC.
In many projects, in such a situation, they would either block you or simply not solve your problem. But Doran, as if I hadn’t made any harsh criticism, ignored my earlier tone and explained step by step what he would do to solve my problem, and stated that he would resolve it. And as you know, he did solve it.
As @ripchillpill always emphasizes, “communication” is very important. A project can be great, but if its team is not great, it can sink that project.
Doran’s positive approach toward me emotionally connected me even more to the Defi App ecosystem, which I’ve already enjoyed using since February. I’ve brought many friends into the ecosystem and will continue to do so. I handle all the transactions I can on Defi App.
I’m waiting for new chains to be added as soon as possible and for the yield farm feature to arrive. And I also want to access the mobile app.
