The troubled journey in Ulanqab has finally come to an end. The best scenery is all on the road, not in the scenic areas. The prices are a bit outrageous, but I can still tolerate it. The lamb is not as tasty as in Beijing, which is puzzling. The management of the scenic area is the worst in the country; it's always congested, both inside and outside the scenic area. The hygiene in the scenic area is the worst in the country, with bottles, bags, and tissues everywhere. Nature is beautiful, but humanity is ugly.
Some wonderful things: 1. The temperature and air quality in the entire Ulanqab are extremely comfortable. 2. The No. 5 volcano is indeed beautiful. 3. The small cabins in Niuming Village in the northern part of the volcano are few in number and have beautiful scenery. 4. The scenery along National Highway 105 and the sea of sunflowers made me regret not stopping to take photos. 5. Discovered the best yogurt: Saihansu (produced in Chifeng).
