$CIFR Actualizare Barber Lake 👀🛰️
S-au întâmplat multe de la septembrie încoace.
Am văzut bine de la sol, din @CipherInc.
Ca să punem lucrurile în perspectivă, așa arată situl de la 300m/984ft:

$CIFR Barber Lake Accelerating
Since there's not a lot to report on $IREN, I decided to take another look at Cipher's Barber Lake site.
It is clear that they are accelerating the civil works, and the main data center area is being graded at a rapid pace.
For those of you that don't know much about this site, here is a little bit of additional information.
Barber Lake is a 138kV substation, that has been on the parcel - currently owned by $CIFR - for years.
What makes Barber Lake as a site so attractive, is that not only that there is 300MW on the Barber Lake substation available today, but there is also a primary substation built, which steps down the voltage to a Data Center ready level (such as 36.5kV).
This increases the Time To Power a lot. Because not only is there no slow interconnection process required, there is also no more time needed to step down the power.
How relevant is the Time to Power? According to Morgan Stanley it can make a difference of $3-4 million per MW in a 1-year time advantage.
This means signing a colocation deal for Barber Lake in Q4 2025, can save $CIFR $900m to $1.2b compared to Q4 2026.
Not bad when your MC is $4.6b.
Basically what $CIFR can do, is start building data centers, and energize the buildings in a matter of weeks.
And what they can do in just a week, is exactly what makes this such a relevant metric.
When we look at the below 2 pictures, we can see that in just 1 week, they progressed the earth works and civil works at a pace that screams urgency:
And the picture I share today, is already 5 days old.
Unfortunately the most recent image from the 18th, is very cloudy, so we will have to wait another week for the most recent update.
What do you think is going on?
Is a customer about to sign?
Are these just general site prep works? Or is the footprint of the graded land so large, that it must be in conjunction with a data center blueprint?
I still hold my $CIFR shares with an average cost price of $2.80.

Ritmul progresului la Childress se accelerează!
La doar câteva luni după începerea lucrărilor, lucrările electrice și mecanice de la Horizon 1 sunt în plină desfășurare, sălile de date de la Horizon 2 sunt în creștere, au început lucrările civile de la Horizon 3-4, iar peste 1.200 de angajați sunt activi la fața locului pentru a aduce la viață acest nou val de infrastructură AI.
Toate acestea ne mențin ferm pe drumul cel bun pentru a livra superclustere GPU pentru @Microsoft pe tot parcursul anului 2026!
