School boards should not be given a “free pass” for their excessive and wasteful spending of your tax dollars.
They should be held accountable also.
Taxpayer dollars should be invested in kids and good teachers, not administrative bloat.

Clay County School Board Member Robert Alvero posted discriminatory comments on social media. I am requiring him to appear before the State Board of Education at their meeting in January to explain this conduct.
School Board Members have a responsibility to represent all students and families and uphold the professionalism due of an elected official.
