We are only beginning to experience the damage from a decade of DEI policies. An entire generation of White men failed to launch because of outright illegal discrimination. The best and brightest replaced by women and DEI hires. No society can survive this long term. The course correction needs to be drastic and immediate or we're going to soon find out what it's like to live in a country where the people in charge have no clue what they're doing.
