If you're talking about your feelings and some buffoon interrupts to give advice, instead of patiently holding infinite space for your process, judge him. Judge him hard. You have obvious proof of his moral inferiority. You're objectively wiser & more spiritual. You're basically Rumi. You already know it's just his cultural conditioning. It's the patriarchy. He hasn't done as much yoga as you. He hasn't unified his breath, mind and body in his glutes like you have. Be sure you something nice like "love and light" so you don't look bad to anyone nearby. But make sure there's enough exasperation in your tone so he can tell. He hasn't watched the Brene Brown TED, so he doesn't have empathy.
