“7+ interviews… talent shortage…” whatever the narrative is... hiring will be the hardest thing a company ever goes through. If founders and execs don’t set the tone, and if hiring isn’t treated as a company wide responsibility (in some shape or form), you’re signing up for a revolving door: endless process tweaks, recruiting “fixes,” attrition, and re-hiring the same role over and over. Hiring isn’t a function you delegate and forget. It’s a culture you either own or pay for later.
